Lamar Robertson's musical accomplishments are too many to list here. He is the founder of the Louisiana Choral Foundation and has spent his life teaching the gift of music to both young and old. We are certainly blessed to have him on staff!

Music Opportunities

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir is open to all adults and high school students who like to sing. This choir sings for the 10:45 am Traditional Worship Service. Rehearsal is 6:30 pm on Wednesday evenings in the 2nd floor Choir Room.

If you would like to become a part of the Chancel Choir, just call the church office in advance so we can have a folder and robe ready for you!

Asbury Ringers

The Asbury Ringers Bell Choir is open to all adults. They hold their practices on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am in the 2nd Floor Bell Choir Room.

We always need more ringers. If you can count to four and have this rehearsal time available, give Lamar a call at the church office - 436-6656.

Canticle Ringers

The Canticle Ringers Bell Choir is open to all adults and youth who can learn and attend rehearsals. Counting is a priority, but not necessary. Attendance is a must! They hold their practices on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm in the 2nd Floor Bell Choir Room.

Carillon Children's Bell Choir

Open to children in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Program runs September thru May. Meets on Wednesdays at 4:00 pm in the 2nd Floor Bell Choir Room.

Seasonal Children's Music Programs

Open to children in Kindergarten through 5th Grade.
