They Like Jesus but not the church by Dan Kimball
I am almost finished with this book. It was written to church leaders about the thinking & beliefs of those outside the church. I think this is a great read for anyone who has grown up in the church and is rethinking their role in leadership. Kimball has done is research and is right on with many of his points.
